Todaylivedeal.com - Package delivered but machine is not processing

Actually, on ** of April **** morning approx *'o clock when I was using my Facebook account suddenly I saw an airpod wireless Bluetooth device there on todaylivedeal.com. The price was shown at approx *** Rs. But there also shown if I paid through paytm it will discount and I will get this thing in *** including everything such as taxes and delivery charges. So I paid from my paytm account this money.
Today on * May **** a courier boy delivered this to my home where my mom received this parcel and give it to me after ** minutes. As I opened and used it I saw that it was not working properly one earpod is working and the other was not working at the same time. So I tried many times but it not working with any phone. So I called to todaylivedeal.com on their office of Delhi no.-********** as on given on there website customer care no. but the line is busy many times after a few hours the bell rings and a lady attend the call. So I tell her all the problems for me. She heard and just cut the call even not tell me about any detail related this problem after that I have tried many times but she was not picking my call and also I tried many of my other no. But nobody answers me about that.
Now I am in tension the fact is not that money was too much but the actual thing that no one replies to me and told me any type of enquiry. I also dropped a complaint on their website related to this. But no one replies to me. I want justice from this because many of my friends told me that they also purchase this pod but the same problem got and they threw this pod in the dustbin. I just want to take him in consumer court to get all the details. Please help me.
