Kreatosss - Package delivered but copletly diffrent product

Sir,
I have ordered a double bedsheet on ** May ** and item delivered on ** May ** but item is completely different product (mat).
I raise a return request on ** May ** mentioning reason that item is completely different product which is also option for return purpose. But till ** May ** item not return.

And when I call to costomer care he is telling that he send right product.

My one question is that if meeso send right product then why is option 'completely different product' for raise return request.

So sir , it is humble request that pls help for my money that. Is ***/- or pls guide him to return my product.
