Meesho - Package delivered and came wrong product

So I ordered this lehnga order no ********* and kept COD as payment option so this one guy came from Delhivery and delivered the parcel but with wrong product nothing as shown on the website and i took the parcel and did gpay to this delivery guy then when i opened package i saw nothing but just peice of waste clothes I tried reaching customer care but they refused to help since on the website it was still showing my parcel is not delivered so after few day few another delivery guy came and they claimed they came from meesho to deliver my parcel whereas I already took the parcel from this guy who came first so i did not accepted the second delivery so they updated I rejected the order on the website now one thing I don’t understand when I already took the package I’ve been fooled by this first guy why should I accept another packages and I don’t know from where this first guy came and how did he got my details I think meesho leaking our data to suppliers
