Proffessional Courier - Package delayed and courier spoilt

I sent apples from Kashmir to Hyderabad in professional couriers they said it is * days delivery but it took *days and the apples got spoilt,it was perishable items courier so they should keep in freezer but they left outside which led to loss of the apples worth INR:**K
