Sree Andal Naturals - Package damaged in transit

I sent a package through your service on July *th. The parcel was damaged in transit and return to me. It was damaged by rats in your hub and I spoke to the srirangam branch manager they told to will provide compensation for this and I gave all those details the damaged package, receipt letter I spoke to one of your employee to send me acknowledgement for which you had all the original proof she very unprofessional and talk unnecessarily. Till now I didn't get any acknowledgement regarding this
