Robert Thomas Cabral - Package containing less items

On **/**/**** I ordered airgun pellets and paid online for the following items and got Kovibazaar’s acceptance citing my order has generated a reference number viz., **************.(ENCLOSURE *)
• G.Smith & Co High Split *.*** ***/tin – * tin
• G. Smith & Co High Speed *.*** ***/tin – * tin
• G. Smith & co High Impact *.*** ***/tin – * tin
Invoice nr. KB*** **** dated **.**.**** was issued (ENCLOSURE *) subsequently.
On **/**/****, I called +**-**********, the telephone number found in Kovibazaar’s website and learnt that the consignment was given to FEDEX vide tracking number ************.
On **/**/****, I learnt from Fedex website that the consignment hadn’t moved out from their receiving centre in Udupi and a phone call to FEDEX revealed that Kovibazaar though taken a tracking number from them but did not deliver the packet to their receiving office.
Once again a call to Kovibazaar assured me about steps would be taken to send out the goods.
On **/**/****, Fedex received the goods.
On **/**/****, I received the packet and opened it to find only two items instead of three - G. Smith & Co High Speed *.*** ***/tin – * tin was missing! Once again a call to Kovibazaar assured me the missing item was not in stock but will be shipped out on **.**.**** though the hard copy of the invoice that I received has a hand written note on it stating “out of stock Amount will be refunded” (ENCLOSURE *).
On the same day, I received an email from Kovibazaar announcing that the goods ordered by me were delivered to me.
On **/**/****, on replying to the above email I informed the actual status and requested them to inform me what they “actually” want to do.
On **/**/****, hearing nothing from Kovibazaar I informed the status once again via their website chat box and got no response.
On **/**/****, I sent an email to kb-mail@kovibazaar.com asking for the tracking number but till now no reply from them.
