Atlantic Couriers - Package claimed to be lost by the company

The delivery of my consignment no. **********, which was dispatched from India on *th February ****, and has not yet been delivered. The online tracking portal for the shipment has only been showing the status as "awaiting connection" for a long time now (* months), and there has been no communication from the shipping partners especially from Atlantic Couriers about the status of my shipment.
I have also been provided with another tracking number by Atlantic Courier, which is **************. The tracking history shows that the consignment was registered with DPD and traveled to Amsterdam before returning to Germany. In March, when I contacted Atlantic Courier's customer service, they informed me that DPD is unable to complete the service and is going bankrupt.
Two months later, I connected all partners in a single mail and DPD denied the bankruptcy claims and denied getting any information. Now both companies are putting blame on each other.
As this parcel holds sentimental value to me, I am extremely concerned about its status and need to know when I can expect to receive it. The lack of communication and delay in delivery are causing me significant distress.
The companies are sending both automated responses now and not providing a prompt response.
