Air Cargo logistics packers and movers - Package bike not delievered

I decided to transfer my bike through packers and movers and they picked up my bike from the location Gurgaon on **th July, **** and said it will be deliver within *-* days at my address (destination) Ranchi. But it's been ** days but still they're not picking up my calls and also not replying to any messages and demanding money every single day. Daily one of the man say that it will reach today, give your address but still they're not delievering. I'm scared that they have done something horrific to my bike (Avenger ***cc). Please help me.
