Dear Sir,
It seems no one serious about customer service. Please note my concern.
*. Our cable operator not supporting. He takes double payment for February ****. We paid February payment to cable operator as well as to Siti cable on line.
*. Siti cable not giving payment option as well channel selection on line on line so we forced to accept package given by cable operator which not suitable for us.
*. Customer care of Siti cable not responding.
