Hi,
Smiley Trips cancelled its package due to the cost and have not refunded my package cost of Rs **,*** which was paid on **nd December **** and refund has not been received till **rd January ****. Due to their false commitments on their repayment date I ended up paying penalty for EMI. Total loss incurred due to this cancellation is *****+***** =*****.
