Pickmycourier Logistic - Package accepted but not delivered

BOOKING ORDER NO. *****
When I booked this package I clearly mentioned that it was urgent as it was Amazon Delivery Return Package with a time limit for return and was assured it will reach USA in * to * working days. The package was collected on **th September. Till ** October the tracking information only showed "Label Created". this means that ** days after collecting the package it was not yet shipped overseas. After collecting the package the courier started asking for various documents like Material Safety Data Sheet and Dangerous Goods certificates for Customs clearance. I am not an exporter or seller or manufacturer. How will I produce these certificates? Why was I not informed at the time of booking the package that these documents are required for Customs? Had I been told at that time I would not have booked the package because it is not possible for me to obtain such certificates. PickMyCourier Company's customer service was totally unresponsive. Whenever I phoned +** ***** ***** the call went unanswered and I got no callback. When I called their Operations phone +** ***** ***** it just kept ringing and sometimes I got a call back or a sms message but my problem remains unsolved. After * October **** +** ***** ***** completed stopped answering the calls. I called several times to find out the fate of package but the calls were cancelled or not answered. I sent two sms messages on**th and **th October to their Operations number +** ***** ***** but the company did not bother to reply to any of my messages All this is nothing but customer harassment. Having taken payment and undertaken to provide a service it is the company's responsibility to tell the customer what documents are required AT THE TIME OF BOOKING and not * days later. It is their responsibility to update the customer and keep him informed. Instead I found I had to keep making calls and sending messages and they just ignored them. On *th October I wrote a mail to pickmycourier.com asking them to return my package immediately and refund my money. Their Operations Executive called me at **:** pm the same day and agreed to withdraw and return the package. He said their courier would get in touch with me the same day, Till today nobody has called. Finally the package was returned to after **th October. I am filing this complaint to claim refund of courier charges paid online Rs ****.** and a further amount of Rs **** from pickmycourier.com as penalty for the harassment and excessive delay and extremely poor services of pickmycourier.com which has resulted in failure to provide the agreed services and also caused so much time wastage for me.
