Vipin Pillai filed complaint against NAVVAYD on May 2, 2026
I placed an order (#NAVVAYD******) on ** April **** for two * kg ghee bottles via the Navvayd website (https://navvayd.com), which is yet to be delivered.
Upon checking the shipment status on Shiprocket, their logistics partner, I noticed that the order was marked as “damaged” as of ** April ****, with no further updates or clarity on the next steps since then.
I have sent over ** emails to the official contact IDs listed on their website (orders@navvayd.com
and info@navvayd.com) seeking clarification and requesting either an expedited delivery or an immediate refund. Unfortunately, I have not received any response to date.
Given the significant delay and lack of communication, I request your help to take immediate action and help initiate either delivery of the subject order at the earliest or process a full refund without further delay.
