My package with order ID SF*********PIC was supposed to be delivered since **.**.****, but still as on **.**.**** it is undelivered and in the tracking status it is shown as customer not contactable. It is for your kind information that I am available at my delivery address and the delivery boy or the concerned delivery office is wrongly updating the information.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
