I have subscribed to Yojana Magazine directly from the website: www.bharatkosh.gov.in on ** April **** after paying Rs. *** (* Year, in advance). The month of June is going to end and I have not received a single edition (monthly issue) so far. It has affected my preparation for UPSC. I have tried contacting the office many times through phone. What they just do is direct me to another tel-number and the process continues in cyclic order. I have also drafted many emails to them. They replied initially but there are no signs of response from last ** days or so. Being from government publication division doesn't in any way means that you can do anything. Cheat a common person of their money.
