Valmo - Packagae not delivered

I have ordered saree in meesho , on the day of delivery I got my otp but without delivering my good and with no otp they hv marked it as delivered. What non sense is this? How can some one have credential to mark it delivered without delivering to cosumer. There is no proper response too.
