kurti collection 004 - pacakge not delivered and got financial scammed

I bought a kurta from Instagram page called Kurta collection it was a prepaid order of *** ...and today I got a call from a guy and he said he is speaking from the kurta Collection and today my order will be delivered but before that I Have to make a payment of **** bcoz on Amazon they sell this product of **** and he have to generate a bill ...and I will get my instant refund...but first time I did a payment of **** and **** again ...then he said that I did it twice so it is getting declined....and I have to make again payment of **** all together ...and I did it ....and I didn't get any refund....and now my product Is also not delivered...what to do now and there address in Gujarat is **X*+*GM,Bank rd, near maheta pol, opp.ranchod raay masalamil, Mandvi, Vadodra ,Gujarat ****** and the number by which i get call is ********** and there page name is kurti____collection_**
