OYO LIFE VELACHERY CHENNAI - Oyolife Fraud

I booked a private room under oyo life nod *** on **december ****, upon reaching there the manager told me there is no room booked under the mentioned property. I had no option other than to book a hotel on the sameday. I had to wait * hours to get the person ie. Oyo support to mention the problem to them. I placed a refund request regard on the same day. It's been * months after calling multiple times there is only single response that we have forwarded the complaint to the consent team but there is no action against it. They tell me to wait for **-** hrs. But every third day I call it's the same response. They nature of the company workers is abusive over the call. Till date the response is same. Shame on the oyolife. Company operations should be shut down.
