OYO LIFE BANGALORE - Oyo life Not refunded deposite

I was a previous resident of Oyo Life, was forced to vacate on the *th of January and did not get the Deposite yet(**/**/****). I was forced to vacate from the property because the owner of the property forced me to. Even though the amenities promised to me were not available from the last of December. Now when I call them to enquire about the refund they are saying "The property is churned that's the reason refund of deposit is taking time"
