magicbrick - Owner of flat not receiving the call after receiving token amount

I was seeing rental property in Pune, Koregaon park area on Magic brick app since *th Jun ****. I liked a property wth rent **,***/- in Koregaon park area, so contacted owner through app on which no. Was provided.
He shared the images of flat with me and asked me to book the flat by paying ****/-.. i askd him for his pan and addhar card and paid ****/- after i checked and verified his addhar pan card..i paid on *th Jun **** and he gave me reciept of same.. N said that flat wont be shown to other client
On **th i went to see the Flat in given address at moghul garden, koregeaon park area, lane *. Owner said he as per written on receipt to pay verification amount ****/- to allow seeing flat and for further agreement process…. But after that he dint come to see and show the flat.. and now he is not receiving the phone instead phone is ringing and busy
But his other flats are showing on Koregaon park.. kindly look into it.. this has caused me mental harassment and now not receiving calls .. persistently im calling…
He is not answering call.. i have attached his pan and adhhar card
