Property owner - Owner not returning deposit amount

I was living in house number ***, Sector **B, Gurgaon, Haryana, ****** owned by Ms. Hardeep Kaur W/O Mr. Harshpal Singh. My tenure of stay was from */**/**** to **/*/****. Since the outbreak of pandemic I had to vacate the flat on emergency basis hence left my few belongings there with my flatmate which he removed from there when he vacated the flat. My owner had kept advance deposit of INR ***** at the time when I started living in the above said flat but he has not returned my amount till now even after multiple reminders and have also blocked my number. I am living in Pune and it is not convenient for me to travel to above address. Also, there are few expensive electronics and shoes which are missing from my luggage and I caught him using them in his profile pictures at various occasions on whatsapp(I have kept the proof with me).
I am writing this in a hope to seek help and getting my money back.
