Agarwal transhome Private limited - overly high priced invoice

We, Reconnoiter Technologies and Research Pvt Ltd, are in process of shifting household stuff for one of our employee Mr. Shashank from Pune to Delhi. For this, we were co-ordinating with Mr. Sunil on +**-********** for the same. He arranged for a survey for all the things which are to be packed and shipped. Accordingly, he did so on August **th **** and after that we received an estimate of INR **,*** (attached is the estimate copy which we received).
The particulars were packed and shipped to the warehouse on *th September **** after which we received the final invoice of INR **,*** with many hidden charges which were not mentioned in the final estimate neither were conveyed to us verbally, (Attached is the final copy which we received from Mr. Sunil).
This has been a terrible experience for us and moreover he was very much arrogant and non-cooperative in terms of pricing which were kept hidden from us. We wish to cancel the shipment altogether and requested him to transport back the shipment to the pickup location. After which he mentioned that we would have to pay for the transportation, packing, loading and unloading charges which is approximately INR **,***. Despite mentioning that there was no communication from Mr. Sunil about these additional charges, he mentioned that “he will collect the charges from our end”. This is totally unacceptable as there is a mistake and wrong communication from his end.
