The Oyespace property management company has not paid the rent for the last * months @ *****/month as agreed as per the agreement.
They have also not vacated as per the termination letter dated **feb****, to hand over the keys as promised to be done within one month of the date of termination.
They are least bothered and don't respond to mails and phone calls.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
