Mpokket App - overdue on cibil of paid loans spoiled my cibil score and my education loan in short it is spoiling

Being a student i took loan many times from mpokket and even paid it on time, there were total ** loan i took, and made payment of ** loan * day late and that's also because of their app, Now when i was going for my MBA i contacted bank for education loan, they told me my cibil is showing overdue of Rs.*****, Then i downloaded my cibil and saw all the ** loans i paid * day late, they closed all the loans but didn't updated that the amount is paid. These ***-**** amount loans is spoiling my career now even when they are paid, when i contacted customer care they shout and say it is not our department, They are so ill mannered i can't explain, Now i made a email to them, i am going to loose my admission at one of the IIM because of these bastard if they don't clear my overdue in next one week, if i loose it i am going to sue them and do everything to get justice. Anyone who is reading this uninstall this app asap, this app will spoil your career.
