stashfin - Overdue Charges not getting waived

I have paid off my Stashfin loan with the loan number SESC************ but their call center executives from Delhi are threatening and speaking rudely. They forcefully imposed Overdue charges of Rs.***, which I have requested to remove twice, but they haven't done so. They are behaving very indisciplined. I've given them a final chance to remove the charges, or I won't make the payment, as there are other third-party apps in the market offering discounts. Stashfin is being adamant and threatening to put my case on the defaulter list if I don't comply. This is my complaint against Stashfin.
