C K Birla Hospital for Women - Overcharging by hospital

Recently my wife was consulting for Maternity in C K Birla Hospital for Women in Gurgaon. In October we had a Baby boy and basis our package description we were having a package for ***** with the hospital. Things went well till the date of surgery, On **th Oct ****. Immediately after surgery doctor came and meet me stating that they have to do some procedure related to gall bladder alignment which they never came to know during the expensive test they had for expecting patient’s And later they said that everything(a procedure done is ADHESIOLYSIS) is done and now I will be charged **K more. Hospital condition was so pathetic that the attendant has to sleep in front of the washroom and AC is not working ( Only fancy lobby of the hospital and glossy staff to tap common men with all lie ). When I discussed with management they simply upgraded room for ** hours so that our mouth can be shut, I have discussed with management and medical consultant but they have their own cushion of falsifying. With agony, I approached to Birla Management and Hospital experience team they are also of no use and have not extended any support. I have been forced to pay ****** for surgery. Immediately after paying this amount I went to another hospital to confirm if the said procedure is chargeable or not. To my shocking experience, none of the hospitals are charging it, but only they have done it. I want to make people aware that this is a cheat shop and they try to loot amount with the best possible solution. This hospital is not at all recommended and should be analyzed carefully before any decision
