I had cancelled a flight ticket bearing Trip Id: ****************** (Goa to Delhi, ** Nov, Air Asia). The total cost of the ticket was INR *,*** . Ideally, I should have received INR **** (airline cancellation penalty of INR **** and HappyEasyGo convenience fee of INR ***). However, HappyEasyGo also levied an additional cancellation charge of INR ****. I don't understand the rationale behind paying two cancellation charges on one ticket. Why should I pay HappyEasyGo for cancelling my ticket when i am already paying a penalty to the airline? This is nothing but a scam.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
