The company's sale representative shared a quote of **** for the items he asked for relocating. During quotation preperation, he never informed that if there are any items left mentioning, they will be charged extra. Even in quotation also, there is nothing of the sort mentioned.
While packing it was found that a * door Almirah was not mentioned in the quote and they asked to pay **** additional for a * km shifting. When asked about the rate chart against the same, they denied having it. When denied paying extra for not mentioning this earlier, they threatened to move the items to their warehouse, if price not paid. On asked upon to let me get in touch with the escalation team or any other supervisor, operations guy said, he's the whole and sole escalation.
During shifting they damaged my almirahs with big scratches and were not even ready to compensate or accept their mishandling.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
