Agency provided me new connection with single filled cylinder, * stove, * regulator, * hose for Rs. ****/- this is approximately double amount. No receipt was provided. No proper justifications given by agency. Agencies behaviour with customers is not professional. Secondly refill cylinder amount is Rs. ***/- however agency charged me Rs. ***/- again no proper justifications provided. Receipt received is of Rs. ***/-
