I get regular bill of Rs.***/ - every month. all of sudden last month bill became Rs.*, ***/ n no reason given. Immediately they disconnected service without notifying me. On their help care/ customer care they made me wait for longest time, used to disconnect my call.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
