prudhvi automobiles - over pricing cheating

We like the quality of Hero motors company and we have used hero company vehicles in our family since my childhood. I have been cheated recently by hero dealer "Prudhvi Automobile" AIR Bypass road, Tirupati. I have purchased Splendour plus bike from this dealer with over pricing. I have paid Rs.**,*** but i have received Cash Receipt for only Rs.**,***.The remaining amount Rs.**** is a big question mark to me.


The sales person is telling that the extra amount is for affixing number plate to the bike. But i know that the number plate affixation is free of cost and also it is mentioned in the Tax Invoice " No extra charge shall be taken for affixing HSRP by any of HMCL Network Partner". Iam a poor person, Purchased this bike by selling my mother bangles. The sales staff behaviour is really irritating and they are not service oriented. Kindly help me.
