OnePlus Nord CE 2 - Over heating and hang of phone

I have brought new OnePlus Nord CE * yesterday and observed that the mobile is getting over heated when it is on charging and when I am on call.
I am afraid that it will explode when I am speaking on call I don't want to take risk on my life so i am raising am complaint before it is too late
