In our district dhanbad all the wine shop are charges ** more then the MRP in every bottle of wine,wisky and beer bottle.they have no fear of administration.when i said it's illegal to over charge then MRP they abuse me.kindly do something.they take payment through case only we consumer have nothing as a prove they charge more then MRP.kindly suggest me what can i do.
