I purchased a celerio car dated Feb.**** from Goyal motors Pvt Ltd at Tara Devi shimla.I went there on dated **Nov.**** for my third service. I purchased a free service scheme package (MCP) from **** rupees,but I have lost my service book and they charged me *** rupees for this and other charges with *** rupees total *** rupees. I Objected *** rupees because issue of new service book charged ** rupees and they charged *** rupees to me
