Ola Cab Ola Money - Over charge

I booked a ola cab on ** April, they charge for twice, there driver took more money then what was mention on the bill, and ola took *** from the ola money too. i never sign up for ola money with out my consent it was taken, when i called to ola support they assured me they will take action, next day i got a message in ola app that i will be getting my money back. and it was mention on the chat that i will get it without doing KYC. after searching for all the option i did not get any Option to get the money back so i though i need to do kyc then may be i will get it so i downloaded all the documents which was required for kyc, but he problem is ola cab drivers don't no how to do that, they themselves cursing ola support. i have called, mailed to ola but there is no response from end, now it has been for than three month and they have removed that chat which they have assured me to give my money back. this seems to me that they are forcing people to do kyc and taking money without consent. what is should i do to get my money back.
