Institute of sensory integration and research centre - Over charge from institution without providing service

I was called for therapy on **th November **** at *.**pm at salt lake sector * branch. After ** minues wait they called and asked case history of patient i.e. * years child and suggested for * therapies which need to be done. Then they asked me to pay Rs. **** one time fee and Rs. **,*** for a month. I asked them to provide service for one day at least but they denied and charged Rs. **** for taking case history and suggesting * therapies. The cost of consultation is very high without providing any therapy. When I asked them for providing therapy the deny.
I request for legal action on these illegal institute where in the name of therapy, they loote innocent people. A cardiologist or an onchologist will even not charge Rs. **** for consultation only.
These people dont have any proper degree and based on certain training courses even they charge more than specialist. I seriously urge for an investigation and request for action on these people who really taking lot of money from parents.
