The Club Jersey - Over 20 products refused to be delivered

In September **** I pre-purchased over ** items from this company, run by Siddharth Dinesh Dubey and his associate Rahul Dubey. They guaranteed that they would ship these out for me whenever I wanted, as I had purchased them for business purposes and did not require all of them to be delivered at once. In February ****, they stopped shipping out the products, for no reason, even after repeated messages and reminders from my side. After a couple months of this, I asked for a refund for my remaining products, which they outright denied, yet they had not mentioned at the time of purchase that they would not provide refunds. They told me that the will ship the rest of the products to me, all-together, to which I agreed, as at this point, my business relations and goodwill took a toll due to them not delivering the products. However, they still did not ship the products, and it seems very unlikely that they will now after * months of trying to get them to ship out my product.
I had bought these products from them for business purposes, and have lost a lot of goodwill and reputation due to him not supplying the products.
