Hi,
I have filed GST Returns from April'** to March'** for which the payment is Outstanding. The client fraudulently took GST website passwords siting Bank Loan Reasons & later when i came to know it was for not paying the dues. The client says they have lost Rs. * lacs but the same is availed my client's new CA in subsequent returns filed & even confirmed on calls by their new CA. All recordings are available to prove the intention of client not willing to pay my hard work of filing allmost **** Retail Invoices in a month on GST Portal.
The client also misbehaved when asked for payment.
