Bharati Airtel ltd - Outgoing stopped

I have migrated from Vodafone to Airtel and having an outstanding of ***/- with Vodafone for which they have given time till **th May ****. I have made that payment on *th May **** and updated the same through mail to Vodafone team and also informed the same to Airtel team when I have received an call regarding this payment. Now my outgoing is stopped and Airtel team is saying details of payment is not updated in Vodafone server and Vodafone team is saying need to contact Airtel customer service. I got my services blocked inspite of paying bill on time. This is seriously frustrating me.
