HITACHI A.C - Outdoor machine model no and indoor machine model no is different

This is to inform you that I purchase a Hitachi *.* ton split AC from Fairdeal International (J.S) on dated ** April ****. I was not stay here permanently.I came back here in the month of March ****. For servicing I call the service man he came and he saw that the outdoor machine and indoor machine model no is different, the outdoor machine is a R-** and indoor machine is R-** due to this problem without servicing he returned. How a renowned company Hitachi fraud with me I want to know this problem as soon as possible.
