Saroja filed complaint against Airtel Money on Mar 24, 2020
Some Unknown person called to my number and addressed him as a bank manager and also to renew my card he asked the otp which is send to my mobile. I said the otp and at once I received a message that there is a online purchase of Rs.****. It was done twice. I lost Rs.*****. I rushed to the bank to stop it. They asked to complaint to airtel money. Kindly help me in this concern
