I have Rs *** in my Otipy wallet but Otipy is no longer operational. I had raised a request for refund of amount to my bank account. I was told that amount will be refunded to my bank account within **-** days but it has been more than * months but I haven't received the amount despite followups.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
