Otipy - Otipy wallet not refunded

I was a regular user of Otipy for vegetable deliveries and was very happy with its services. But one day all of a sudden it stopped servicing my area. And at that time I had a wallet balance of Rs **** in that. I had tried to contact Otipy for its refund but was never answered back. Even today my Otipy balance was not refunded after * months of the incident.

Otipy has ceased operations, we are experiencing difficulty getting refunds of our wallet amounts despite the company's initial promise to process them within ** to ** days. Customer credit non responsive.
