The otipy service is no longer available in my area in Mumbai.I still have *** Rs. as balance in my wallet. Refund ha still not been processed to my account even after * month.The support team has reverted regarding refund being processed within *-* months time
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)

They cant keep innocent customer's money like this. One fine day stopped operation and not refunding the money which was in the wallet.
