Otipy - Otipy wallet money not refunded

It has been * months since otipy seized there operations and still the money lying in the cash wallet has not been refunded. Just before the shut down of the company an executive from the company called me offering exclusive deals and asked for a recharge in wallet. I am afraid it turned out to be a scam. I have tried contacting them through all means telephonic and electronic but all my efforts went in vain. This platform is my last hope for getting my money back.
