Otipy - Otipy Wallet Balance Not Refunded

Otipy, the grocery delivery app, has suspended its operations suddenly without any prior notice to users. I used to purchase daily groceries through this platform and maintained a wallet balance for regular use.
Currently, the application is non-functional, and customer support is completely unresponsive through all available channels. Due to this, I am unable to access or withdraw my wallet balance of INR *,***.
This reflects unfair business practice and deficiency in service, as users’ money is being withheld without communication or refund.
I request the concerned authorities to kindly take necessary action against Otipy and help ensure refund of the wallet balance at the earliest.
