Vishal Sharma filed complaint against Otipy on Jan 5, 2026
I would like to file a formal complaint against Otipy for not refunding my money amounting to ₹***, despite multiple follow-ups.
However, till date, I have not received the refund of ₹***. I have contacted Otipy customer support multiple times through their app/customer care, but I have received no proper response or resolution. They are neither processing the refund nor providing a clear timeline
I request Voxya to kindly intervene and help me get my refund at the earliest.
