Ordered * t-shirts from Osom.in and paid Rs *,***/- on **-Nov-****. I received the confirmation email for my order. Since **-Nov-****, Shiprocket tracking number states that it unable to pick up the consignment. Tried emailing Osom (* emails), calling the mobile number listed on the website multiple times over the last week, whatsapped the number, and also messaged them on instagram. However, no response at all. I have attempted to reach them through all the channels available but am unable to get through.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
