RAMAN KUMAR filed complaint against Lenovo on Mar 7, 2024
As I bought a laptop on **.**.**** from Flipkart and got delivered on **.**.****
Details of which are given below:
"Lenovo V** AMD Ryzen * Hexa Core ****U- (* GB/*** GB) SSD/Windows ** Home) V** G* ALC Thin and light Laptop Black
IMEI/Sr No: [SPF**QOL*]."
As It was already mentioned that Windows ** Home is installed in the laptop. but after buying i started experiencing some hanging issue in the laptop. when I complained they did nothing but only reboot. again after some days i started facing same problem but they did the same thing. again after few weeks i faced same issue. then one assistant started told me that Windows ** is not intalled in your laptop and advised me that i should go to local dealer and get installed the same with chargeable amount.
I did a number of mails to get help but they didn't.
now i just want justice what lenovo did fraud with me.
