I have a wallet balance of around *** in the Otipy app. I raised a complaint and they confirmed that it will be refunded by August ****. I never recieved the refund and the app now doesn't even allow a login so that I can raise a complaint again.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
