Csc Grameen Estore - Orders not delivered

I want to inform you that I have registered two grievance (Grievance Number/ID: GRW********** & GRD**********) from the CSC eGovernance Services India Limited's official E-Commerce android app "CSC Grameen eStore for Customers/Citizens" on **th September **** regarding non-delivery the orders but till now **th September **** the orders have not been delivered (Expected/Estimated Delivery Date: **th September ****). Almost ** days have passed since complained. I need the orders earliest.
So kindly look into the matter.
